The Phoenux way
Phoenux designs the site people meet before your product, and structures it so the thing you sell is the thing they find.
Web design and UX is the design of a company's site and its structure, organised around how visitors decide rather than how the company is organised internally.

Market positioning
Your site is the first thing your product says
Most SaaS sites are arranged the way the company is arranged. Navigation mirrors internal teams. Service names come from internal vocabulary. The homepage lists features because nobody settled the positioning, so every section hedges.
Search engines and AI systems then inherit that structure and repeat it back. A site organised around an org chart will get described that way in an AI answer, which is a costly place to find out.
What we design
- 01
Structural clarity
What pages exist, what each one is for, and what people search to arrive at it. This is the decision everything else inherits.
- 02
Search-driven pages
Service and solution pages built to answer a real query completely, rather than to tease a conversation.
- 03
The conversion path
The route from arriving to enquiring, with the low-commitment step included for people who are not ready to buy a project.
- 04
Content and states
Real copy for every section, plus the states a site actually has: form errors, empty search, and the thank-you page nobody writes.
What you get
A search-ready website foundation built around how people find, evaluate, and choose your business, with the content, structure, and conversion paths to support both discovery and action.

- 01
A sitemap and information architecture based on how buyers search and decide
- 02
Designed pages with real copy, not lorem placeholders to fill in later
- 03
Meta titles, descriptions, and heading structure specified per page
- 04
A conversion path with a low-commitment entry point as well as a high one
- 05
Redirect mapping if the structure changes, so existing rankings survive
Frequently asked questions
Is this a marketing site or product UX?+
Both, and Phoenux treats them as one experience. The site sets an expectation and the product either meets it or does not, so designing them separately is how companies end up with a polished site in front of a confusing product.
Will this help us rank?+
Structure and content are most of what ranking depends on, and Phoenux builds both to be found. What we do not promise is a position, because nobody can. If search is the whole problem rather than part of it, a specialist agency will serve you better.
Can you work with our existing CMS and stack?+
Yes. Phoenux designs to what your team can maintain rather than what is fashionable, and will say when a platform is genuinely holding you back rather than assuming it is.
What's slowing your product down? Tell us about your project
Tell us whether you're building or fixing, the journey that pays the bills, and what "better" means in a metric you already track. You'll get back a scope, a duration, and a cut list. Or an honest no.
