MVP design and development for SaaS founders
Book a project call →The work before
Phoenux takes an idea to a working product on the lightest honest stack. Scoped tightly enough that it actually ships.
The work before
Most MVPs fail by being too big
The version that gets funded is rarely the version that should get built. Scope creeps in early, the launch date slides, and the thing that finally ships is too broad to tell you anything.
An MVP has one job: produce evidence instead of opinions. That takes one priority journey done properly, not eight done partially.

Which single path, done well, would tell you whether this works. Everything else goes on a written cut list.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to design and build an MVP?+
Focused MVP sprints at Phoenux often run one to three weeks for a single priority journey. A fuller MVP through to a working build takes longer, and the variable is almost always scope discipline rather than design speed.
Should we use no-code or build custom?+
Phoenux will tell you which one your case calls for, including when no-code is genuinely the better answer. The honest version: no-code is right more often than agencies admit, and wrong more often than founders hope.
What if we don't know what to cut?+
That's the most common starting point, and it's the first thing Phoenux does. You get a written cut list in the scoping phase, so the decisions are visible before anyone builds against them.

Tell us whether you're building or fixing, the journey that pays the bills, and what "better" means in a metric you already track. You'll get back a scope, a duration, and a cut list. Or an honest no.
